OUR STAFF

ACE has a full time administrative staff to handle scheduling, report delivery, billing, payment processing, and all the other tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly. All inspectors are ASHI Members or Candidates and are fully licensed to perform inspections in South Carolina. Our staff also includes a licensed Residential Builder and Professional Engineer. New products and techniques are constantly being introduced to the construction industry. ACE is committed to a continuing education program that ensures our inspectors keep pace. We regularly attend technical presentations offered by ASHI and the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors. We also hold weekly staff meetings to evaluate reporting techniques and discuss technical issues.
